  I've lived here since January 2015, it's a great spot. close to everything, quite and best of all the price for what you get ratio is pretty good. $829 for a one bedroom, pool, fitness center and private dog park is not to bad. I really liked that they don't have a pet rent. $250 pet fee but no monthly rent. if you want to be close to the beach and not pay an outrageous amount this place is pretty ideal.
